To sort through all of the topics of a Windows Help file, even the ones unlisted in the Contents, press 'Ctrl+J' or 'Ctrl+Alt+J' on your keyboard. This way you won't have to return to the Contents menu whenever you finish a page. You can also use these combos to navigate a Help file:
Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow Go to the next topic Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow Go to the previous topic Ctrl+Shift+Home Go to the first topic Ctrl+Shift+End Go to the last topic
